Throughout one’s life, many experiences bring us to where we are at today emotionally and physically. To me there is no worse feeling than recognizing, “I am out of shape.” I have observed people feeling overwhelmed with not getting the results they were looking for (how much weight should I do? How many times per week? How much cardio or what type of cardio, etc) and the outcome is feeling frustrated. That frustration led me to a career in Personal Training. With over six years of experience, I have developed a personal method that I call coaching. A coach observes mental and physical weaknesses and strengths. A personal coach allows you one on one attention insuring that you are safe and encouraging you to try your best each workout. By listening and utilizing the latest fitness methods in weight training, cardiovascular, core, flexibility, and nutrition, I will design a program to meet your specific goals.
